Eine Totalrevision im Sinne einer konstitutionellen Gesamtbildänderung setzt einen Paradigmenwechsel voraus, ein Paradigmenwechsel ist gleich einer kulturellen Transformation in der Gesellschaft und bedeutet nie das Ende der Geschichte. Der nächste Paradigmenwechsel könnte uns in eine Hungersnot führen, er könnte auch dem Klimawandel entgegensteuern, oder Richter obsolet machen. Die demokratische Art, eine Totalrevision herbeizuführen ist nicht, wie es zu einfach im Artikel 193 der Bundesverfassung steht, das Parlament dazu beauftragen, oder irgend einen ausgelosten Verfassungsrat, der aus Mitbürgern bestünde.   En 2022 j’avais entamé la première année du Baccalauréat ès Lettres en Etudes chinoises, choisissant de le faire à Genève pour deux raisons : 1. c’était la dernière année avant la retraite de (A)________________, une enseignante, qui avait développé une didactique du chinois sérieuse et stimulante. 2.
