General Strategy to STOP Global Warming

We need to stop the billions of animals from being bred for human needs! EVERYONE KNOWS they emit much more green house gas than all alternatives that should be considered to sustain those needs! 

All other options to SLOW Global Warming (including slower options) have to be seriously discussed daily by (separate) legislative assemblies, to make more decisions more quickly. 

It is my conclusion that we get there through a durable change in 1) Political culture -- our institutions and our democracy ideal has to be taken a step further. 2) University culture -- prioritise studying and teaching students these issues with special committees made up of all disciplines around the clock. 3) Popular culture -- make the changes in diet and practices. (Will definitely cause a contestation in culture at large. Haven't seen any of that yet...)

Create the prerequisite for cultural change with a minute, sophisticated, thorough understanding of the particular cultural art form you're contributing to. Innovating new formats with old techniques. People can adopt something culturally valuable quite quickly, but they won't change the system in a hundred years. When they start to view their institutions through the lense of a new cultural momentum, the institutions can change and the law can change much faster and more durably.

Finding out how to do all this -- the logic of political change, the mechanisms requiring revision, the politics of history and pseudo-science and religion that stand in the way, the politics of culture -- has been my number one priority and strategy from the age of 14 and before! It's what my writings are about.

I've been becoming a polymath of sorts to come up with solutions which apparently no one here is pursuing by the same tactic as me. Yet no one who has discussed this strategy with me has come up with a better one to follow. There's no excuse not to do something similar to create the cultural underpinnings for a better society!
